Insurance
Association Coverage
State laws are constantly changing regarding Associations. Weaver Management will review all policy coverage and requirements of the State with the insurance agent, to assure adequate coverage for the association including building replacement, directors and officers, and fidelity bond coverage.
Certificates of Insurance
All contractors of the Association should provide certificates of insurance to relieve the Association of bearing additional insurance premiums. Certificates are monitored for accuracy and effective dates.
Workman's Compensation
All contractors should provide adequate workman's compensation insurance as required by law. Uninsured contractors of the Association will cause additional liability and expense to the Association.
Legal Updates
Weaver Management will present to the board any laws enacted by the Government which could affect the insurance obligations of the Association.
