Property Maintenance
Vendor Contracts
Weaver Realty & Management will solicit bids, interview contractors and negotiate agreements on behalf of the Association to present to the Board of Directors. Weaver will examine contracts for quality, specifications of work and acquire certificates of insurance for each vendor.
Landscaping and Snow Removal
Prior to contract expirations, Weaver will obtain renewal contracts and acquire competitive bids, if necessary, from local contractors. Weaver will inspect the property for workmanship or needed landscape replacements or repairs. We will record snow falls to check billing accuracy.
Bids and Specifications
Upon recommendations from the board, Weaver will solicit bids for necessary repairs or replacements as outlined by the Board of Directors. Formal proposals will be presented to the Board for revisions and approval.
Repair Recommendations
Regular inspections of the property will be performed for recommendations of necessary repairs to the complex.
