Meetings

Meeting Schedules

Weaver Realty & Management will schedule all Association meetings authorized by the Board President. All necessary information will be provided to the Board of Directors.

Meeting Agendas

We prepare agendas including accurate financial accounting. Agenda content is coordinated between Weaver Management and the Board of Directors. Attachments such as correspondence, contract proposals, notices, articles, and other relevant information will be provided with the agenda.

Meeting Minutes

We prepare meeting minutes, to be approved by the Board Secretary, and will distribute minutes to each member.

Committees

We assist and advise committees with supporting materials and recommendations.

Position Descriptions

We assist the Board of Directors and committees in clarifying their job descriptions and responsibilities to the Association.

Meeting Notices

We prepare and distribute meeting notices to all members as provided for by the declaration.

Elections

We prepare notices, collect applications and prepare ballots for annual elections of the Association.

Proxies

We prepare and distribute proxies for owners unable to attend meetings.
